The seeding committee has selected the teams for the 2010 CA High School Boys & Girls Southern Section Championships. The Triton Boys, seeded 7th, face J Serra in the first round and the Triton girls,  seeded 10th, will play Newport Harbor.

The top teams in Orange County were selected based on wins/losses, strength of schedule, quality wins and head to head competition in case of ties. The top team of each league automatically qualified providing they had a winning record. The first (1st) through fourth (4th) seeds will get a first round bye.
